I specialise in Transpersonal/Soul work. Energy therapies, working with energy anatomy, and healing based upon the spiritual power of the Universe. Understanding and integrating Intuition. Solution focused therapy. Assisting you on your personal life journey, life coaching, stress relief, mental/emotional pain management, chakra balancing, entity removal. Spiritually clearing space and regular property management services. Assisting inquiry into areas of interest, moving beyond blocks and challenges, pathways to enlightenment, and unique ways to support self healing.
Day bookings are typically well received. They can be wellbeing days for staff or as a special treat for clients during corporate events. Options are a vailable to tailor the service to your needs but will usually begin with and introductory talk where I introduce myself and explain the services I offer and available choices.
One to One sessions can be from 15 minute taster sessions to a full hour. Groups can be offered over 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 2hours, with a maximum 16 people per group. Within the group clients will be seated.
With Auricular Acupuncture each client will be seated at the front of the group whilst needling is done (5 needles per ear), then return to seats to relax. I usually have some relaxation music playing and sometimes some incense as they help with relaxation and may help to mute out any sounds from external sources. Needles are removed safely by me before the end of each session and there is time for feedback and questions at the end.
With Reiki/Egyptian Sekhem clients will also remain seated, usually in a large circle facing each other. There will usually be a guided visualisation followed by support as I move to each person in the group. These groups are very relaxing so I will guide clients back to full waking awareness before giving an opportunity for feedback, process and questions. Suggestions are given for aftercare.
Individual sessions can also be offered in a space where I can set up a treatment table where clients can have the additional comfort of laying down to receive either Reiki or Egyptian Sekhem. Gentle music and incense may be used to aid relaxation.
Applications of services/therapies are universal and can benefit most people and issues effectively. Treatments are generic, you do not to have to believe in or subscribe to anything other than your current beliefs.
If you are having a session with me for the first time, the first ten minutes will be a brief consultation where you will be asked to fill out a short form with a few questions about any condition you may have and your general health. With online sessions I will fill in the form on your behalf. Forms are stored securely in line with data protection protocols. In any further sessions, before we begin, I will check in with you about how you are doing.You will have the opportunity to ask questions and I will describe what you can expect to experience during the session. Please refrain from drinking alcohol or taking drugs for at least 24 hours prior to a session. If you are taking prescribed medication continue to take it as advised.
